Professional Skills - Adaptive Leadership

Adaptive Leadership differentiates between technical challenges which can be fixed by experts (budgeting and managing projects) and adaptive challenges which require leaders who can cope with ambiguity (conflict management, motivation and strategic change). Adaptive Leadership focuses on the human element of leadership – this includes, how to minimize the distress caused by change, and how to seek feedback from the lower levels of the business hierarchy.
